We offer three distinct plan tiers: Essential Check-in, Essential Social, and Essential Premium tailored to various stages of life and independence. Within those tiers, you can customize the timing of daily check-ins, dictate specific medication reminder schedules, specify family notification preferences, and manage designated emergency contacts.

If you wish to request for new a custom service plan, you can book a consultation and during your consultation, we’ll design a custom care plan that targets your loved one's specific needs.

Our scheduled daily check-ins, companion calls, and weekly errand visits are conducted during regular daytime hours to help establish healthy, uplifting daily routines. Please note that Arcani is a non-clinical companionship and wellness monitoring service, not an emergency medical response agency. However, if a scheduled check-in is missed, our automated alerting system notifies family members within 1 hour.

We ensure quality through absolute transparency and robust data reporting. Every live call or check-in is logged, and families receive real-time text confirmations after every call. We also provide families with comprehensive weekly or monthly wellness summaries and full access to an Interactive Family Dashboard to actively track medication adherence, mood trends, and visit updates.

We believe in completely transparent pricing with no hidden fees or long-term contracts. Our monthly subscription plans include:

  • Essential Check-in: $15/month (Automated digital safety tracking)

  • Essential Social: $99/month (Daily live phone companionship & medication reminders)

  • Essential Premium: $210/month (Daily live care calls, mood tracking, and a weekly 1-hour in-person errand visit)

Note: We also offer optimized pricing strategies and discounts for annual subscription plans to provide your family with long-term peace of mind.

Safety is our absolute priority. If a live companion call goes unanswered or an automated digital check-in is missed, our team initiates an immediate protocol to call back. If we are still unable to make contact, a missed check-in alert is automatically sent to the designated family members and emergency contacts within 1 hour so you can safely assess the situation.

We focus on relationship-first companionship, pairing your parent with consistent care specialists who engage them through their personal hobbies and interests so our check-ins feel like catching up with a friend rather than a clinical monitoring service. If we observe any subtle shifts in their daily baseline, we immediately log these trends in your Interactive Family Dashboard and work with you to adjust their care parameters as their needs evolve.

Getting started is quick and seamless. Simply select the care tier that best fits your loved one's level of independence directly on our services page. To ensure it is the perfect fit for your family, we proudly offer a 7-day free trial on both our Essential Check-in and Essential Social packages, allowing you to experience our care completely risk-free.

Our customer support and care coordination teams are available Sunday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM to help you manage your account or adjust care plans. Scheduled companionship calls and digital safety check-ins run 7 days a week, customized entirely around the morning, afternoon, or evening routines that work best for your loved one.

While Arcani Services provides non-clinical companionship and wellness monitoring rather than medical care, we gladly support your loved one’s existing medical team. We can automatically export our detailed mood tracking data, medication adherence logs, and wellness summaries directly to your loved one’s primary care physician or specialist to give them a clearer picture of daily health trends between checkups.

Yes, we provide dedicated companionship for medical appointments to offer a reassuring and friendly presence during what can often be a stressful day. While our companions do not provide clinical medical care, they assist them in the waiting room, keep them company during transitions, ask specific questions your loved one might not remember to ask and provide post-visit notes to keep the family informed.

Our platform is explicitly built to keep long-distance family members connected. No matter where you live, you will receive real-time text or email confirmations immediately after your loved one's companion calls or errand visits are completed. You will also have 24/7 access to our secure Interactive Family Dashboard to review comprehensive wellness summaries, adherence charts, and updates from our care team.

No. All of our standard care plans operate on a flexible, month-to-month subscription basis. You are never locked into a long-term contract and can upgrade, downgrade, or pause your service at any time with no cancellation penalties. For families looking for permanent peace of mind, we also offer discounted pricing strategies for annual subscription plans.

If our team notices an urgent safety or health concern during a live companionship call or a premium errand visit, we will immediately contact local emergency services (911) and stay on the line or on-site until help arrives, while simultaneously alerting the family.
For missed routine check-ins, our system automatically triggers an escalating alert process to notify designated family contacts within 1 hour so a local welfare check can be made.

Absolutely. We treat your family's personal information, schedule, and daily wellness logs with strict confidentiality. All data stored within our Interactive Family Dashboard is fully encrypted and secure. Access to your loved one's profile is tightly restricted and only accessible to authorized Arcani care specialists and the specific family members you explicitly designate.
