Everyday, after the daily wellness calls and medication reminders, we send text messages to the designated family contacts to inform them that the daily wellness call and medication reminder has been carried out to give family members peace of mind

For people who do not need to be called, we offer a self check-in option where they can log-in daily before a particular time to check themselves in. If they fail to check-in, our care team calls and notifies family if they aren't reachable.

Our scheduled daily check-ins, companion calls, and weekly errand visits are conducted during regular daytime hours to help establish healthy, uplifting daily routines. Please note that Arcani is a non-clinical companionship and wellness monitoring service, not an emergency medical response agency. However, if a scheduled check-in is missed, our automated alerting system notifies family members within 1 hour.

If we are still unable to make contact, a missed check-in alert is automatically sent to the designated family members and emergency contacts within 1 hour so you can safely assess the situation.
